My Story
My path didn’t start in psychology. I studied genetics and biochemistry in Iran — and spent years trying to fit into a life that, deep down, was never really me. I felt lost, stuck, and unsure of who I was. What I learned in that hard season is that no one could find my way for me — I had to come home to myself first.
That journey led me to my real calling. I moved to the UK to train in psychology and coaching, and turned what I’d lived through into the work I do today: offering psychology-informed coaching for expats, life transitions, and anyone standing where I once stood. Now I read, write, teach, and walk beside people as they move from confusion to clarity — helping them feel at home in their own lives again.
